Do You Need to Be Ready to Buy to Reach Out?
No. You do not need to be under a deadline, preapproved, or actively shopping for homes before reaching out.
Many people start the conversation a year or even two years in advance. Sometimes a quick call or text is simply the easiest way to clear up questions, understand how the VA loan works, or figure out what steps make sense next.
Reaching out early is often helpful because it gives you time to make informed decisions without feeling rushed.

How John Gets Paid
You do not pay John directly for this service.
If you close successfully with a Realtor he referred you to, he may receive a Realtor referral fee at closing. Whether you use the service or not, your cost as the buyer does not increase because of his involvement.
That means the service is designed to help you make better decisions, not add another bill to your transaction.
